All larger items are delivered by a specialist 2 man team
You will be contacted by the delivery firm to arrange delivery and given an approximate time slot.
The delivery team will try to place the furniture in a room of your choice health and safety and access permitting.
Small items will be delivered by Parcel force who deliver Monday - Friday unfortunatlely they are unable to give a delivey time.
We will normally send your order to you in 4 - 8 Weeks.

Konteaki Furniture will only offer our Price Promise on the overall price including e.g. delivery charges and VAT.
We will offer our Price Promise only to customers when we have sufficient information to enable us to authenticate the price ourselves.
Once we are satisfied with the search we will offer the Price Promise reduction. All Price Promises will be made at our discretion and we can never guarantee a price match.

Your contact details and purchase reference no.
Detailed information for the product you have seen and the total price
Their website address or shop address and contact details. We will contact you as soon as we can with our decision.

Upon delivery please inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery
paperwork of any damage or defect and contact us on 01934 425050
If you decide to return any non-faulty goods at any time after delivery
You will be refunded the costs of your goods
less the return delivery costs this can vary with size and location of the goods to be returned.
Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging or similar.
Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected
and a charge of £35 may be levied to cover cost of failed collection.
Any flat-pack furniture that has been partially or fully assembled cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing fault.
If the Buyer wishes to cancel their purchase for any reason they must do so, in writing by fax, e-mail or letter.
Orders cancelled once received into our warehouse will incur a 10% re-stocking charge.
Please note this does not apply to items of upholstery where there is a 50% cancellation/returns fee unless the order is cancelled within 7 days of placement.
For items that are specially commisioned or ordered in non standard sizes and/or colours we require full payment
when placing the order and these items can not be cancelled or returned.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage.
We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
